  Room very small. You get what u pay for but come on. Not enough room to swing a cat. Also no air con in room only a fan that was blowing hot air around. Photos are not anything like what the place is like. A bit disappointed

  Friendly staff, rooms are a bit dated but well presented. All was going fine until we found a box of used condoms under the bed. We will be checking out in the morning one day early after spending the night not sleeping in the bed. I don't think we will be back :/

  Its a good place to stay couple days. For a motel its ok. Nothing fancy nor poor... Just a place to sleep that's it ..

  Nice place, especially if you get room 1 which has the best river view. Kitchen is too limited, barely enough to prepare breakfast.

  Great location to hobart, for 9 days room was a little small, 2 coat hangers for my clothes. Bed was really hard and uncomfortable most of the holiday I ended up with a sore back.
